GYAS Capital

 Entrepreneur Acquisition Program (EAP)

Professional infrastructure for independent entrepreneurs.

Enterpreneur Acquisistion Program (EAP) enables experienced professionals with capital and business acumen — but without infrastructure or M&A experience — to buy, operate, and grow small to mid-sized businesses in Croatia and the broader CEE region.

GYAS  provides the deal pipelinedeal infrastructurefinancial expertise, and operational back-office and post-acquisition support so entrepreneurs can focus on driving value in the acquired business. Optionally, GYAS provides partial transaction funding assistance.

Ideal EAP candidate:

1.   Independent entrepreneurs or corporate professionals, often mid- or late-career, who:

  • Have €300k–€2m of deployable capital (alone or with partners)
  • Want to own and run a business rather than invest passively
  • Have sector expertise or management experience but lack acquisition experience
  • Are seeking businesses in Croatia or nearby CEE markets (Slovenia, Bosnia, Hungary, Austria, etc.)
  • Returning diaspora professionals
  • Former corporate executives seeking self-employment through ownership
  • Family offices seeking operational co-investment partners

2.   Small & Medium Businesses Seeking Growth Through Acquisition that:

  • Aim to expand domestically or internationally through strategic bolt-on acquisitions
  • Need support in identifying suitable targets, structuring transactions, and integrating new operations
  • Require professional financial oversight, reporting, and CFO-level guidance during and after the acquisition

3.   Boutique PE funds, investment offices, or institutional investors that:

  • Target single-asset acquisitions in Croatia or the CEE region
  • Seek local expertise, deal sourcing, valuation, and regulatory navigation
  • Benefit from ongoing financial reporting, monitoring, and operational support for their portfolio companies
